This yummy hot chocolate recipe will keep your sweet tooth happy and your waist line! It doesn’t contain any added sugar only natural sugars which is a key if you are wanting to eat clean and slim down.
Some of the great health benefits you get from this recipe is from the cocoa powder is it is a high source of magnesium, which also happens to be the most deficient mineral in most diets. Magnesium relaxes muscles, improves the bowels and relaxes the heart and cardiovascular system. The dark chocolate antioxidants have been clinically proven to dissolve plaque built up in the arteries which helps in reversing heart disease and can naturally lower blood pressure.
