When shopping always look for natural foods, i.e. vegetables, fruit, lean meats.Cut out all processed and packaged foods as these usually contain above average amounts of sugar, artificial flavors and preservatives.
Limit your alcohol intake to 1 – 2 nights per week and only consume 1 glass.
