Almond Butter & Cacao Mess!

This is the most amazing dessert ever! Well maybe not ever, if you are a sugar eater! But, if you are choosing to eat sugar free then this is the most amazing desert ever and I’m actually not kidding!

This dessert is perfect for anyone with a sweet tooth and who needs their after dinner snack to finish off the day.

Ingredients
Serves 1
1 tablespoon of good quality organic Vanilla Protein Powder
1 tablespoon of Cacao (you may want to use more or less depending on you liking, as Cacao is very rich)
1 tablespoon 100% natural almond butter
Cacao nibs
Honey (if you need to make it sweeter)
Water
Optional extras: fresh blueberries or fresh raspberries

Combine all the ingredients into a bowl, except the water and honey.
Gradually add 1 tablespoon at a time until the mixture becomes all combined and dough like.
Once it is mixed, have taste and if it too rich combine 1/2 teaspoon of honey into the mixture.
Pop the mixture into the freezer for about 40 minutes, the longer you freeze it for the more ice cream like it will be.
Remove from the freezer and ENJOY!

You can also make this in a large batch and just store in the fridge after it has been in the freezer.

Go and make it now… Quick go… You will be in HEAVEN!

    I make this combo ( i have an intolerance to whey powder so i replace that with organic raw cocoa powder) also but if u add 1 Tblspoon of vanilla extract, cinnamon and 2 egg whites place the mix in the fridge for 20 mins then roll the mixture into small eatsble truffle style balls and coat in crushed nuts or coconut flakes either are optional n finish by putting them into the freezer for few hours and enjoy accordingly, they are what I use to have as my treat or with coffee and I absolutely love them. They taste awesome! ;))
