ALL DAY ENERGIZER SMOOTHIE
Looking for a yummy breakfast or mid morning snack to help give you lots of energy for the day ahead?  I know I need a good kick start in the morning especially if I have done a long AM training session, or a quick and easy breakfast for when you are on the run.  I recently tried this smoothie and loved it; I loved it so much I just had to share it with you all.

MUESLI WITH GREEK YOGURT AND BERRIES 

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, which I am sure is a statement that most of you have heard before.  By eating the right breakfast filled with all the right ingredients,  you are setting yourself up for the day by helping keep those unnecessary sugar cravings away.  This is a great muesli that I am sure you will love.
